End-to-End sales strategy, execution, course correction, and new ways of implementation and techniques. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. This involves identifying target markets, defining sales targets, and creating plans to achieve them.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives. This may involve market research, competitor analysis, and partnership development to expand the company’s customer base and market reach.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring sales professionals, setting performance targets, and fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Sales Forecasting and Planning:
Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to forecast sales projections. Develop sales plans, budgets, and targets for the team and regularly monitor performance against these metrics.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s network and generate leads.
Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics to track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
Collaboration with Marketing:
